Customer Service Team

Helen Jeffrey	Helen is the senior member of the Customer Service team and is also a company director. Helen functions within the team include consulting, high level training, software installations and data transfers.		Jules Alexander	Jules has been with R.E.D. since July 1999. Jules main activities include software support, data importing, data management and software testing.

Technical Team and Programmers

John Cochrane

Among Johns many talents he is MD and chief programmer at R.E.D.

John (JB) Norden

JB is the longest standing member of staff, starting in January 1989. JB provides our office with technical support, and writes data conversion programs.
